This tool will give you an idea of how many calories you are eating during the holiday season. Not all foods are here but you can make substitutes. Example: use mashed potatoes for other carbohydrate sides and use turkey for other meats. If you know the exact number of calories in a specific dish, enter it at the bottom using the additional calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein fields.
Hint: Look at the packaging to see how much each serving is to get a better idea of how much you are eating.
