When someone asks me a diet or exercise question, they sometimes get annoyed at the complexity of the answer I give them. Many people think there’s one secret, one key unlocking the path to every diet and exercise goal. If they could only find the one perfect exercise, diet trick or special food ingredient, all their weight problems would disappear and exercise issues resolved. That one secret is holding them back from reaching their true potential. The truth is there is no single secret. There are however multiple “secrets” that when combined to form a healthy lifestyle, lead to amazing results. In the coming weeks, I’ll go over these “secrets” one by one.
